In true Russian fashion, the PKP machine gun is the latest iteration of the long running, well respected and formidable PKM light machine gun. Based off the traditional PKM design, the PKM features a shorter, fixed barrel with cooling fins, an improved bipod system and an integrated carrying handle. A favorite with the Spetznaz and Russian mechanized infantry, the PKP Pecheneg light machine gun gives Russian troops the world over a compact, lightweight and devastatingly effective machine gun. The Raptor Airsoft PKP brings all of the design cues from the real PKP fully into the world of Airsoft. Based off of existing PKM AEG platforms, the Raptor Airsoft PKP features a shortened heavy style barrel, an improved bipod and the iconic integrated carry handle. Internally, the PKP utilizes a standard M249 gearbox with high strength steel alloy gears to provide reliable support in even the most heated of Airsoft firefights.
