The M107A1 is a precision rifle using 12.7×99 mm NATO / .50 BMG caliber ammunition. Developed by Barrett Firearms in the early 2000s, this rifle borrows controls from the AR-15 and was specifically designed to meet the needs of the US Army, including a modified flash hider.
