Returns and refunds

Something wrong with your order? Or just disappointed? At Evike-Europe, our priority is to satisfy you. Then, as long as the product is still in its original packaging, you can return it.

See below how to proceed and the rules to follow:

If a product doesn’t suit you (1) or is not the one you ordered (2), you have a delay of 14 days (beginning once you received the order) to return the product(s).

Send a mail to support@evike-europe.com mentioning:

• Order number
• Product you want to return and their quantity
• Reason of return : indicate  (1) or (2) on the line of the article to return
   

Once your return is received at the warehouse, we verify its status. Quick note, you will be reimbursed only if the product returned is:

• In its original condition
• Packaging still in perfect conditions

You will receive a confirmation for your return and the status of your request.

Your account will be credited up to 8 days after the date of validation of the return and acceptance of the refund.

Important : Bundles can’t be returned partially.
