After-sales service 

 

At Evike-Europe, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you have a problem with one of our products, our after-sales service is here to help you.

A few criterias are needed to benefit from this service:

  • The product must have been ordered on Evike-Europe;
  • The product must be non-functional when it comes out of the box (1) OR the product does not work anymore after a regular use (2).


The after-sales service will not be able look after your product if it is not functional after a wrong manipulation/use;

The product must still be under warranty (read our terms and conditions)
 

If you respect these conditions, send an email to support@evike-europe.com indicating :

  • The order number linked to the purchase of the defective product
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason why you want to send back the product
