L85A3 AEG - Dark Earth - Ares

Part of the SA80 family of weapons, the L85A3 is one of the most recent variations. Calibrated in 5.56x45mm NATO, it is a bullpup assault rifle inheriting a concept dating from the late 1940s based on the EM-2. It combines a long barrel for accuracy with a compact body for greater mobility. Since the mid-1980s, it has been used by British forces in a variety of configurations.

Manufactured by Ares, the L85A3 AEG features an external : 

- Handy, with a shorter length than other assault rifles at 775mm, but with a fairly long barrel of 510mm.

- Modular thanks to the KeyMod handguard and upper and lower Picatinny rails, allowing a wide range of accessories to be fitted.

- Robust thanks to its metal body.

And an internal : 

- High-performance thanks to its tried-and-tested programmable EFCS gearbox.

- Realistic with its electric blow back. 

In short, it's the most modern, efficient version of a distinctive, iconic platform that's off the beaten track for players who demand both performance and handling.
