Airsoft technician
Reporting directly to the Director of the B2C subsidiary, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the European customer service for replica weapons intended for airsoft.
Missions

Follow up and resolve customer requests by email, social networks and telephone (basic technical explanations)

Carry out initial diagnostics

Validate requests for technical interventions (guarantee)

Carry out repairs on equipment sent by customers

Manage and follow up on requests for customer returns

Diagnose any product malfunctions, report them and define appropriate remedial solutions in collaboration with the Design Office and your line manager

Monitor product developments

Respect the repair deadlines

Receive and send parcels

Monitor after-sales service performance indicators and prepare monthly reports
required profile
You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education with a specialisation in customer relations.
- A first experience in after-sales service in the industry, ideally in the defence sector is required.
- Knowledge of the air soft environment is a plus.
- Excellent command of oral and written French
- Good command of commercial and technical English
- Rigorous and organised
- Diplomatic and with excellent interpersonal skills
