Airsoft technician

Reporting directly to the Director of the B2C subsidiary, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the European customer service for replica weapons intended for airsoft.

Missions

  • Follow up and resolve customer requests by email, social networks and telephone (basic technical explanations)

  • Carry out initial diagnostics

  • Validate requests for technical interventions (guarantee)

  • Carry out repairs on equipment sent by customers

  • Manage and follow up on requests for customer returns

  • Diagnose any product malfunctions, report them and define appropriate remedial solutions in collaboration with the Design Office and your line manager

  • Monitor product developments

  • Respect the repair deadlines

  • Receive and send parcels

  • Monitor after-sales service performance indicators and prepare monthly reports

required profile

You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education with a specialisation in customer relations.

  • A first experience in after-sales service in the industry, ideally in the defence sector is required.
  • Knowledge of the air soft environment is a plus.
  • Excellent command of oral and written French
  • Good command of commercial and technical English
  • Rigorous and organised
  • Diplomatic and with excellent interpersonal skills
